We can’t resist the different flavors that you get with these shaved ice and we turn to kids when we have such wonderful shaved ice. Combining 4 ounces of any of your favored flavor with equal amount of citric acid would give you the sour flavors for the shaved ice. Water melon, cherry, grape, and strawberry are the preferred flavors. Margarita and your desired flavor in the ratio 3:1 would make good Margaritas flavors.
